So I was just pondering how I used to loathe the "LOL"...
Mainly because a) I remember not knowing what it meant for a good year or so back in '01. My roommates little brother IM'd us (technology of the future at the time) and we thought it meant something dirty, but couldn't figure out what, and b) People excessively over use it when typing, speaking, texting, etc.
However, I can now embrace the LOL here and there, as truly, no other words can express my emotions.
Side note: Has anyone seen LOL Cats, I can haz cheezburger? That shizz is hilarious, well, on a Monday, at least.
